Meditation is a wonderful way to nurture your soul, however, I constantly hear this, “I can’t meditate because I can’t quiet my mind.”
What if I told you that is the EXACT idea! When you meditate, you notice what happens in the mind when you close your eyes and begin to focus on the breath. So…one form of meditation is to just be aware of your thoughts.
